Ok so...As i write this, I still have not received any word if i got the job or not...lol....Anyway a almost a month later and two thank you notes later. This interview was maybe one of the worst EVER! Both managers were LATE! not professionally late but clear and blatant disrespectful late. The first interview, the very first thing the manager decided to make a remark on was my HBCU...then we proceeded with the interview. He knew very little about the details of the position. Overtime it started to seem like a crash course on my behalf to teach him about "Call Center 101". Went over pay, next steps and timeline of hiring. Stated that the next step would be a few days later in which would include a video interview with manager #2. Interview was setup for a Thursday. Thursday comes and manager #2 never shows. Many red flags. I sat for 45 minutes out of respect. Reached out to manager #1 via email and he replied that manager# 2 was out of the country and would need to reschedule. Interview #2 rescheduled for a week later. Interview #2 day comes and she is late just like manager #1. She "butters" me up and again another "Call Center 101" crash course...again as i write this, I never heard back. Pretty sure I didnt get the job for whatever reasons. But in life its said that the best thing to happen for you is the best thing to not happen for you. So the red flags showed early this was not a place , I wanted to be. They do not have it together!
