I recently had two approximately one-hour interviews for a Research Scientist position in Munich: one with the talent acquisition team and another with the hiring manager. Initially, everything seemed great. Both interviewers were friendly and appeared professional. However, after the second interview and some follow-up email exchanges, I was ghosted. I didn't receive even a simple "we went with someone else" message. Despite sending several emails asking for an update, I got no response. This behavior was very disrespectful and surely reflects the kind of company they are.

I had one phone with HR for screening, two Zoom interviews with a supervisor and her supervisor, and then one onsite interview with the team and higher level supervisors. Then it took about a week to hear rejection.
