The interview process consisted of four different interview stages. It was very thorough, but you were able to meet a lot of people and get a good feel for their culture there.
Applied online, then 30 minute phone interview with a member of the recruitment team.
Recruiter was late to the call. I did not receive any feedback afterwards. It is just plain rude. I do not expect to just stroll into job roles, but it should be the bare minimum that companies get back to you to let you know you are no longer under consideration.

2. 30 minute interview with Accounting Manager
3. 3 hour interview with various members of department
Steps one and two were conversation based. The final interview was very question and answer based.
