Received an email for a phone interview with a recruiter. That led to a phone interview with the hiring manager followed by an in person interview with 4 separate people.
Hands down the best interview in terms of questions asked. No stupid, pointless questions what so ever.

They use the STAR method which basically means for you that you need to explain an issue you had, how did you solve it and what was the outcome. Answer every question that way and you'll be in good shape

HR person was unfriendly and barely made eye contact and only looked at their laptop.
Director and executive interviews went well. Was told that I would hear the next day, but had to call 5 days later to ask about the decision.
