Kept you waiting nearly 30 minutes whilst they had a smoke. Interview itself very relaxed and quite informal. Really positive experience lasting nearly two hours. Makes you excited at the thought of joining them and adding your talent to the company. Then nothing. Two weeks past the deadline, several emails later chasing them, and never heard back. I think it's poor to treat people like this after such a positive interview. So unprofessional of them.
