The interview process is pretty simple and easy, I was also shown around during the interview and asked when I could start and if I already had any PPE as I had to order my own boots

Easy, just turn up and do induction and you walk round warehouse, watch a safety video and then you are all set for work. It is simple and they make you a access card etc. It really is straightforward

Honestly, there wasn't really an interview. You arrive and the manager gets you setup on the software and makes you download an app. You then get asked when you are available to work.
