Interview with HR and with hiring manager after a first contact with HR. Open discussion with questions and exchange. Open to answering questions from the candidate. Initial interview with HR is more on general questions and motivation.

3 interviews with HR and managers, head and CEO. Previous experience was discussed, questions about behave at work regarding peers and bosses and preferences regarding work activities, salary negotiation and future goals in my career.

The first interview included general questions mostly about my previous job experiences. I was also asked for general expectations for annual salary. The second interview took place in the plant with prospective colleagues from Germany and the USA. It took almost all day and was pretty long and tiring. I felt exhausted during the last meeting, which was online with people working in the USA. It was morning there so they were quite energic, maybe it was their first meeting of the day.
