The interview process is a full day, including one on one interviews, a plant tour, lunch with some of the colleagues and managers, and a technical presentation. Everyone I met was very friendly and courteous.
I had to give an hour long presentation and talk to 3-4 panels, overall it was a 4 hour interview. Couldn’t even email me to tell me I didn’t get the position. I reached out at least 4 times after the interview and I got ghosted.

Definitely not my best interview experience. I had speech impairment and the interviewer's reaction made me felt even worse about my performance. I have met interviewers from other companies who were much more understanding and supportive with me.
