Very short interview, about 15 minutes. There was no mention of the customer service position I applied for. Instead, it was a pitch to bring me on in a commission only, sales position. "Within two years, you can rise to a management position where you will have 10 people you recruited working beneath you and have the opportunity to open your own branch." This was a very alarming and basically spelled out a the basics of a pyramid scheme. At that point, I was asked if I could drive the 45 minutes back for round 2 of the interview the next day. At that point, I asked if they offered a base salary and benefits, got a no for a response and declined to come back. I'm pretty sure any answer I provided in the interview would have qualified me to come back for the next round of interviews. Don't waste your time unless you want no guarantees and no benefits.

Brief first round interview, which felt like a get to know you session. Followed by a lengthier second round interview. The second interview was more personable and relaxed, I was taken over to a local coffee shop and treated to a coffee. Questions centered around my experience, especially leadership background, and professional goals. The interviewer also took time to break down the company's management training career path. I felt good about the position I was interviewing for and about how I could grow within the company.
