Extremely quick with very little conversation to actually get to know the candidate. The manager seemed to tip toe around what the position entailed in the entire interview. The manager enjoyed talking about growth more then the job itself

Very text book , like they had given these interviews hundreds of times. They also put that it was an event coordinator position but it reality but was a sales job trying to sell people things Sams Club. Not what the job description was at all.Very negative experience.

Entretien
I submitted my application online and was contacted the next day via email. The day of the interview, I arrived to find 10 other people "in line" for an interview. The job description was very vague and so is their website. During my interview, I came to find out that they were looking to send those hired into Sams Club stores to "learn from the bottom up", so we would not be starting in the actual position applied for, but more "working our way to an executive position". Basically, it looks like this place is scamming applicants into working a sales job inside of Sams Club.
