When I interviewed for the entry level Junior Account Manager position, I got a really good feeling about the company in general. There's a lot of excitement and buzz in the office because they're growing quickly and people are getting promoted a lot. They explained that everyone in the company has a shot at management as long as they have professionalism, integrity, a good work ethic, and a student mentality. Those criteria pretty much exemplify my strengths, so it seemed like a good fit. I don't mind working hard to get what I want. During the interviews, I spoke with a few different people and had a job shadow. Great interview process.
