Very positive experience. Total of four face to face conversations. A one on one with the hiring manager, a meeting with two members of the team, a meeting with the entire team, and a meeting with the director. Each interaction was conversational in nature and mainly based on my related experience. Typical behavioral questions were present but at a minimum.
The interview process is highly organized, smooth, and professional. The team is welcoming, supportive, and approachable, creating a comfortable environment. Their thorough approach and clear communication make the experience enjoyable and inspiring, leaving a lasting positive impression overall.
