My interview with Evolent was remote and fairly straightforward. The questions were focused on past customer service experience and relevant to the job I applied for. The person I interviewed with was hard to read and I thought I didn’t do well, but still received a job offer shortly after the interview.

The first initial interview was easy, and the recruiter was very friendly and informative. She went over benefits PTO and what to expect with the position. Also, what type of questions I would be asked in my second interview so I could prepare.
