I had an initial interview with the hiring manager, which went well. I didn't hear anything back after a week, so I followed up. Four more workdays go by after my initial follow-up, and nothing. It's extremely unprofessional to ghost active candidates in the hiring process. If this is how a company operates, then I'm sure there are other internal issues.
