Thanks for the feedback. We understand that Consulting is a broad brush and are working hard to eliminate IT consultants from our interview process. I spend a good deal of time personally in the interview process going through the positions we hire for and have a multi-step interview process for this reason. I do run the Everwell pilot office in the Chicago market and also do the interviews. I believe who we hire directly affects our family culture and this is why I’m so involved with hiring. Being part of a Fortune 125, obviously the CEO wouldn’t be interviewing so we will look at the wording that’s happening which caused the confusion.
