I normally don't review interviews. I felt compelled to do so because in the last few months I have been on several interviews and it has been an eye-opener to say the least. It took my interview with Everspring to show me how an interview should be conducted, and showed me how many unprofessional and dysfunctional interviews I went through and dodged. The Everspring team was very transparent and professional. They did exactly what they said their process was and there were no surprises. Everyone is super friendly and you can see how important it is to hire someone that will fit their team.
