Straightforward process. Excellent recruiter - up front about the process, provided updates in a timely way, and was willing to share feedback.
The interviewers, however, would benefit from recognizing that more senior positions are a two-way evaluative process. I enjoyed the process up until the final round, when 1-2 of the interviewers were minimally engaged in the conversation. Lots of "uh huh" and "mmhmm" so establishing rapport was difficult.
