I applied for the position on the company website. I was then emailed by the recruiter to schedule an initial phone screen. That took about 20 minutes, We discussed the position, my background also the advantages of working at Eversource. After the initial discussion, I had my virtual interview with the hiring manager and
another manager. It took about an hour to complete.

Discuss your current position and experience. There were also standard behavioral questions asked. It was a very good experience. There was plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about the team and the position.
