First was a tech screen with Jacob (CTO) which had a technical question as well as some basic domain knowledge about java + SQL. Then 4 round virtual onsite with various engineers (I had mine broken up over a couple of days, they were very accommodating), each round had at least 1 technical question and then either behavioral or additional problem solving with the extra time. All the engineers were easy to talk to and were candid about the job

I applied for a backend Java role through an external recruiter. All rounds were done over Zoom and CoderPad. The process started with a technical phone screen with the CTO which involved a coding question, behavioral questions, and technical questions about Java. After the phone screen was a virtual four-round on-site with various engineers: three rounds of coding questions and one round focused on database design and SQL. The interviewers were engaged and helpful throughout. They answered all of my questions transparently and were excited to tell me about the company and products. Eversight's recruiter's communication was great and the whole process went quickly and smoothly.
