1) There was an initial call with the recruiter who was open and friendly 2) For the second round, I had an technical phone screen with a coding exercise who seemed not very friendly and not in the mood for interviewing. We went into the coding exercise, which was a very simple question for a senior level role. The interviewer had difficulty in explaining the question. At first, I believed that I solved the initial question quickly. Then, the interviewer went back and modified the question again. It was frustrating because of breakdown in communication and I felt robbed for the time to solve the coding problem after the interviewer modified the question. There was no more time to debug my coding problem. 3) There were simple easy questions regarding Selenium and how to setup a test framework.

Interview process was simple, Phone round and Onsite. Phone round was 45 mins with simple Algo question and testing related questions Oniste: experience was good and everyone was prepared what to ask, no hassels.
