You are being recording on a zoom interview. They ask you a bunch of arbitrary "this or that" questions (Is it more important to be a big picture person or a problem solver - lol). The interviewer doesn't keep her video on and talks like a robot. The company is most likely a sales based MLM. I was turned off the moment the interviewer said she was turning off her video and proceeded to speak in a monotone/lifeless voice. She didn't even go over the basics (How did you hear about the company/what do you know about solar energy). I knew that this job was going to be a huge mental energy suck so I declined.
