Interview process included: Applied online where recruiter contacted me and set up phone interview. As I was out of the area I spoke with rehab manager and another facility therapist which included question and answer about setting and clinical caseload. Rehab manager quickly responded with offer and further negotiating was completed through recruiter. Overall efficient and painless process.
