Questions d'entretien chez Evergreen Engineering

Arrived on premises and was guided to a conference room. Interview started with the interviewers going over their positions and what roles they fulfill within the company. The interview consisted of some technical questions to better understand my background with simple conversations in-between. Most of the questions asked where very opened ended, which allowed for more engagement and really lets the candidate show whether or not they know their technologies. Once the technical questions were out of the way, the interview moved into more of a 'tell us about yourself and why you would be a good fit for this role' interview. Overall the interview was extremely laid back, even during the more technical questions.
