The interview process is quite standard and moves swiftly. The first round involves a conversation with HR, followed by an Excel assessment. In the third round, a manager conducts a 1:1 call. The final round consists of a small presentation and a call with a director.

Applied online and then recruiter reached out to give few days/time I am available. I responded with days/times but I never heard back. I even followed up multiple times with email and even tried calling the recruiter a couple of times but never received any response. it was strange and a huge red flag for me because they followed up after I applied online and still didn't care to respond

Telephone interview was basic. Asking about the work experience. Why do you want to work for us. Describing the role and the training process. How long will it get to become certified for a Workday Implementation role etc.
