Phone screening with a recruiter for the company, went really well, got invited for an in person interview. Interview lasted around 2 hours, met with 4 different team members. Had great conversations with all, my previous experiences aligned with what they said they were looking for. Was told I would hear from them by the end of the week (4 days), I was even given a date that training would begin, never heard back from any parties associated with the company. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
