Superday involved four 30 minute interviews, both with behavioral and technical aspects. The team is very friendly and look for both personality along with technical knowledge. Great office and team, be prepared for anything.

Question 1
Behaviorals were quite simple, have knowledge about energy specific technicals, know the business. Specific M&A accretion/dilution questions.
Submitted application online and heard back within a week or so for first round phone interview with an investment banking analyst, so extremely fast/efficient process. Interview itself is pretty standard across investment banks.
Got referred by an analyst then invited for an interview 2 weeks after. Was pretty hard technicals did not reach further than r1 was tested on only techs beyond the 400qs. No behaviorals at all except from TMAY. Required in depth knowledge.
