Phone screen followed by onsite with future peers and hiring manager. HR manager conducted a 1:1 onsite as well. The interviewers really wanted to see a passion for machine learning and applications of machine learning to tough challenges in the B2B marketing technology space. The VP of Solutions and Success did a deep dive into my background in order to ensure that there was a mutual fit.
