Completed online test, one-way interview, assessment centre and final interview. Assessment centre was a simple understanding data and then writing a clear email explaining decisions based on the information. Final interview was led by two members of the team - both were nice but was not conversational at all, very much questions and answers only. They asked 'tell me about a time' questions and a few testing my understanding of the ACA qualification that I would be doing.
