Entretien
The overall interview process consists of 4 rounds :
1. HR screening about motivation and fit.
2. Case study round where one has to design and code a REST API.
3. Peer interview round with engineers to present the solutions and technical questions.
4. Leadership round with Engineering managers about resume and cultural fit.
A great interview process overall. More focus is towards cultural and team fit.
