I applied on Indeed and they sent me a message to set up a phone interview. When on the Phone the interviewer focused on explaining the compensation structure as it is a bit complicated. She also explained how sales goes hand in hand and how sales effects the pay structure depending on the amount of sales I make.

Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
