I got an interview about a week or two after applying. They were looking for someone to join quickly. It was really smooth, the manager was really nice, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Dress business casual, like a dress, skirt, or slacks.

What's one thing you need to improve in your work environment?
Had a zoom interview then an in person interview with the owners. They make you do math on the spot and the in person interview lasted an hour. Pretty pointless honestly.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of a 30 minute phone interview and an in-person interview. Both were great, with the store owner conducting the phone interview and the store manager conducting the in-person interview.

Entretien
The first part of process includes a phone call from one of the managers. Once I met the requirements, I was given a chance at an in person interview. I met with the manager and was asked a series of common interview questions. Overall a great representation of the company.
