      Entretien

      The interview process at European Recruitment is a very pleasant and positive experience. They made be feel very comfortable throughout and it was very informative. There were 3 rounds of face-to-face interviews along with an online test. The first round involved meeting with the account managers , the second with the Director and the third round was with the CEO. All of them followed a similar pattern of questions and spoke of their experience at European Recruitment, which gave me a clear idea on how my career would look like here. They were very quick in giving feedback as well.

      Entretien

      Throughout the interview process with European recruitment, I was given the opportunity to meet with members of the team from all roles and experience levels, enabling me to understand the clear and proven path of progression the company facilitates and expects, as well as the various stumbling blocks experienced at any given stage of this progression and how best to overcome them. This gives the overwhelming impression that the team is cohesive, thorough and supportive and that members of staff at all levels will be equally willing to assist your learning and success, as I now know is the case. The interview was separated into a number of stages. The first being the most formal of the four, individually meeting the Manager and in my case, 2 Team Leaders to answer typical interview style questions and ask any questions of my own. I was then invited back for a second interview and was given the opportunity to meet the CEO and a third of the team leaders and ask them questions on their experiences as well as, of course, answering more of theirs. Thirdly, i was invited for a more informal coffee to meet with my prospective team leader and discuss in more detail how i would potentially fit in to his team. Finally, once i had been offered a role, i met with the other members of my team to ensure some level of familiarity on my first day and assist the transition into the new role.

      Thank you for reviewing our interview process. We're glad you feel your interview experience with us was positive and really appreciate your feedback. We've done a lot to improve our interview process over time, and really want to give candidates a feel for the business when they meet with us. As a result there are often a few stages to our interviews, as we like our candidates to have the opportunity to meet multiple members of the team they’ll be working with. It's great to hear that this was well received and that it gave you the right amount of insight to make the decision to join us. We believe in being fair and transparent when interviewing our candidates too. It is hard work and there are often obstacles to overcome, but the rewards are high and the environment fun and energetic as well! It's all about balance here, and it's great to see we got that across when initially meeting with you.
