Logic tests which include a verbal, a numerical and an abstract part, a job-specific test (providing a summary after having read a number of papers as well as providing the milestones for the first 100 days in the office) and a panel interview.

The whole process took over six months. After going through several tests and three interviews I was told that I get a feedback until end of July. I got the final Feedback 8 weeks later and only after asking for it twice. In all Interviews at least one of the participants were late - which is not very respectful. Got the impression in the interview that they rather want to talk you out of the job.
