I applied online on the ECB website in February. A couple of weeks after I sent the application, I was invited to take a video interview. This interview was focused on behavioural questions and it was aimed at testing your motivation. In April, I was contacted to schedule a technical interview on the phone (the last step). This interview was not too difficult, and it lasted approximately 30 minutes.
