1) CV and online portal
2) Online assessments (4 tests, abstract reasonoing, maths, verbal reasoning, attention/follow instructions)
3) written exercize on theory
4) written exercize on excel and ppt
5) interview with the panel

First, you need to record yourself in a three questions interview, then, if you pass the first round, you will be invited to a webEx interview. The interviewers are friendly and they make you feel comfortable.

Entretien
I applied in December online. About two weeks later I did a numerical and verbal online test at profiling for success. In early January I got called for a Skype interview. I did the interview in the end of January and received an answer in February
