Of course, we would like to meet you in person as well, but we hold our initial interviews by phone and in advance remotely by MS-Teams. The coding-challenge gives us insight into: What is important to you in your work and how do you go ahead with it? Time wise you should not spend more than 2-3 hours, we are sorry that this assessment was not workable for you. We will look internally at possible improvements in relation to the task.
