Phone call with recruiter. Interview with recruiter and department manager the same day.
The recruiter really didn’t care much about my skill set other than I had a degree. He was more concerned that I would be okay accepting the low entry level hourly pay.
Management interview asked if I was flexible and had knowledge of the process used in the department (which was nothing more than a simple answer that I studied it in biology class).

I had a scheduled interview that was confirmed by the Talent Engagement Team. One the day that I was scheduled to have a call, the recruiter reached out to me that something had come up and she needed to reschedule so we agreed on and confirmed a new time to speak. I did not hear from anybody at the confirmed time. I reached out a few minutes into the scheduled time to ask if the meeting was still at a good time, but never heard anything back.
