I applied online a week ago and was emailed the next day to schedule a phone interview. I had my phone interview and was contacted an hour and a half later to schedule my in person interview. I had my interview on Monday and I heard back this morning. The phone interview was typical HR questions, the in person interview was 30 minutes with the hiring manager and 30 minutes with 3 people from their client site.

Describe the typical cell passage process in cell culturing, typical technical questions based on my lab experiences. The hiring manager asked some of the same questions as the phone interview and some questions you see here on glassdoor.

Very typical. Interviewer goes through your resume and ask specific questions about each place of work, just be prepared to answer questions about your resume and think of the upsides and downsides for certain cases.

Entretien
Brief phone interview after only 2 days of posting resume and then in-person interview came one week later. Even though interview went well they did not get back to me and I had to inquire 2 week later to find out the position had been terminated. :/

They gave many standard questions, but they also asked what I had done in the past that was most challenging and rewarding that I was proud of.
