Well, I applied to 3 jobs. Two of them I was not short listed because I was not a native dutch speaker or a native english speaker. I got shortlisted for a management traineeship. After the 3rd interview I was not selected to go forward. Online application, then they send me numerical verbal reasoning exams. Then i was invited to 3 interviews. The hiring process was not clear since in each interview they told me different ways to proceed.
