I had an initial phone interview after posting my resume online. They were to have a recruiter in my area, they suggested I attend and personally hand them a copy of my resume. I was then called in for an interview for several positions, wanting to know my availability date. They called me back for the job I preferred with a salary which was non negotionable. They sent me a packet of benefits and company culture, I had a week to accept the offer. Interviewers were warm and welcoming showing great professionalism. Some flexibility in work hours in case you ran late or had to leave early.
