After sending my CV an HR employee contacted me to schedule an interview. One hour of my time I will never get back. The recruiter used 1 hour of my time to ask me questions for which the answers were already in my CV. I think that was just an excuse to ask which were my salary expectations. To make it even worse, other than it is a cGMP environment the recruiter had ABSOLUTELY ZERO knowledge of the particulars of the position. So I could not ask him questions that are fundamental to define a salary range. There is a reason why Eurofins is getting no more than 3 starts here. I am not applying to their positions anymore.
