Talk with a senior manager who isn't really involved in day to day management of employees. Listen, this is a schlocky firm with a quirky narrow investment focus and a weirdo for an owner/presidnet of the firm. Clients and prospects come to the firm thinking that Peter Schiff and Euro Pacific Capital have some secret answer to avoiding calamity when the market melts down. The truth is that they do not have that answer and clients end up dissatisfied with poorly performing accounts that are expensive with fees. If you want to sell that time of investment service this is your place. If not go to a real investment firm and learn the ropes from the ground up - their are no silver bullets out there.

Standard sales type questions and standard brokerage firm questions, nothing unusual here. They bring in some guy who brought in a lot of assets during the 08'09 financial crisis too make it look easy.
