Fairly easy. The HR was very friendly, as well as the supervisor. Mostly probed into stress resistance levels and language skills. They were very straightforward about the job being stressful and demanding. So the main goal of the interview is to understand whether the candidate would be able to cope with this amount of stress, be polite with clients no matter what.

The interview process was engaging, with multiple layers of interviewing, testing my aptitude but also my overall fit for the team. By the end of the process, I really felt more prepared for the job.
