Entretien
I was contacted from the customer service manager after applying via indeed.com. We spoke on the phone and by email. We scheduled a date that was suitable for my schedule and the company's schedule. I had the interview with the Customer Service Manager. I only spoke with the Customer Service Manager during the whole process. I was contacted 2 days after the interview because they had other interviews to process. I received an email from the Customer Service Manager telling me how nice it was meeting me and that I may be a good fit for the position. I received all necessary paperwork as well as the offer letter for the job.
