The first phone interview is formalism. The recruiter had a list of questions and had to walk through them. The second round is with a HR and a hiring manager to have some behavioral questions and walk through my resume.

The process was quick, with one phone screen with a recruiter and one interview with the team and current intern. Everyone was friendly, transparent, and I had a really good experience overall.
