There are basically 4 rounds for the selection process.. 1 round is the MCQ Type - Basic Questions related to keyboard shortcuts and Grammar(use of if, an , a , there, thier) 2nd round is Mock chat (Main round)- In which your soft skills are tested ( In this round make sure that you use words like Awesome, amazing, great choice in the chat) 3rd round is with the language trainee- They will ask you basic quarries of the customer (mainly focused in knowing your power to tackle that situation) 4th round is with the Sales TL- In which same customer related questions are asked and some basic questions about your background

It was very easy to crack the interview. Anyone can crack the interview very easily. Only requirement is you have to be very good with English communication skills. Also if you have good typing speed than it is an added advantage.
