I will never apply here again. I had 4 rounds of interviews and twice the HR team called me in on the wrong date, and the other time they cancelled the interview 30 mins before it started, even though I told them previously i was canceling a vacation to make the interview for them. In addition, they made me go through a 3 hour interview process with an outside consulting company where they check your personality fit. The questions asked were inappropriate - like describing the relationship with your parents, and siblings! I will not be applying to Estee Lauder again as they do not know how to respect candidates even at a senior level.
