5 rounds of interviews with behavioral questions and hypothetical scenarios to assess leadership skills and decision making approach. The last round with the hiring manager’s boss was considered difficult as she grilled on past experiences and how you would strategize to solve the issues at hands in the first 30 days.

Entretien
The process is just as long as you would expect for a mid to high level corporate job. Phone screening, manager zoom call, 2nd manager call, executive zoom call, offer. Every interviewer had a nice personality so it didn’t feel dreadful.
