Initial telephone interview was fairly simple-talking about the brand and why I want to work for it. Subsequently had an interview with the regional manager. I was very nervous as this was to be my very first beauty job and I didn't have experience in it. I was successful on both stages.

Video interview for basic overview, then in person. Offered the job on the spot subject to in store management decisions (which was fine) overall process was ok, relatively laid back and comfortable / straightforward

Process took a bit longer than normal due to Covid 19 restrictions. Many of the employees got sick and they had to close the store due to coverage. Connected very well with the management and team.
