I did a zoom interview where I had to showcase my Make Up skills (1hr) and then proceeded to the next stage which was a standard interview plus a 3 month business plan (2hrs). I did get the job but the process is so long for something that might not be guaranteed.

Applied on Indeed, received email to interview with Estée Lauder area manager, the following interview would be with the actual dept store manager (in this case Saks) who made the final hiring decision. I didn't make it that far; after the initial phone interview I received a rejection letter.
